Step Into Your Greatness - 06.07.2025

What’s at the Front of Your Fridge?

Everything can’t be at the front of the refrigerator.

That was the advice a friend gave me last week.

It hit me hard.

And yes, my refrigerator is a mess. It was a little embarrassing sharing that photo.

But it’s true in life, too:

You can’t keep everything at the front.

Not every project.

Not every goal.

Not every relationship.

Not every idea.

Even if it’s all great stuff.

Especially if it’s all great stuff.

Something has to move to the back — not because it’s unimportant, but because it’s not right now.

When everything’s significant, nothing is significant.

That’s why I revisit my 100 Year Manifesto often.

It helps me focus on what belongs at the front…

and what can wait.

Here’s your encouragement for today:

🧊 Reorganize your fridge.

🧠 Reorganize your life.

❤️ Make room for what matters most right now.

💯 Create Your 100 Year Manifesto

Because Purpose Elevates => and your next level starts with what you choose to put at the front.

Before you go, two questions to sit with:
(I’d love to read your answers)

💭 What have I been keeping at the front that needs to move to the back, for now? What’s been buried that actually belongs up front?

🎬 If your life were a movie, what would the audience be screaming at the screen, telling you to do right now? (I won’t stop thinking about that one.)

Purpose Activation Challenge: The Life Shelf Reset

It’s time to reset your life shelf.

  1. Write down 10 things currently demanding your attention. (Tasks, goals, people, dreams—anything.)
  2. Sort them into 3 categories:
    • Front shelf – What truly matters right now
    • Middle shelf – What supports the front
    • Back shelf – What’s good, but not for now
  3. Take action:
    • Move one “front” thing to the back
    • Bring one “back” thing to the front

🎯 Let this be a moment of permission—not pressure.

🔊 New Podcast Alert!

We often ask, “What do you want to be when you grow up?”

But I believe a better question is, “Who do you want to be?”

I recently sat down with Menttium for their Menttium Matters Podcast to talk about the power of purpose—and how defining it can transform both your personal and professional life.

In our conversation, I share:

✅ How purpose impacts performance, health, and fulfillment

✅ Why small steps can lead to big change

✅ How to align your values with the life you're actually living

💡 Whether you're leading a team, mentoring others, or navigating a transition in your own life, this episode is full of practical wisdom and real-life insight.

I'd love to hear what stands out to you.

June 07, 2025 Everything we’ve built started with a question. What truly matters? Not: How fast can we scale? Not: What’s trending? Not: How do we go viral? But: What actually matters? This week, I’ve been reflecting on the stories behind the brands. The 100 Year Manifesto. Purpose Fueled. Best Lunch Ever. Purpose in Action. They’re not random projects. They’re chapters of the same story. My story. Your story. Each one was built out of loss, love, and longing for something more meaningful. And...

June 07, 2025 What if legacy isn’t a "someday" thing? You don’t have to be a great photographer to capture something beautiful. The light does the work. The stillness helps you see it. That’s what I was reminded of on my walk this week. I’ve been “working” on my photography for nine years now—not to improve a skill, but to become more present. That simple rhythm of daily photos has reshaped my definition of success. Maybe success isn’t more. Maybe it’s deeper.Maybe it’s one honest...

June 07, 2025 Leadership is presence, purpose, and people. Over the past week, I’ve been reminded again and again that real leadership isn’t flashy—it’s intentional. It’s showing up when it’s uncomfortable. It’s locking in when distractions want to pull you away. It’s making blankets with strangers because kindness matters. It’s saying yes to something bigger than you—like writing a book you never planned to write. This week, I saw it everywhere: In my son. In a brewery full of leaders...
